The tradional pan used in Spain for paella. Made of carbon steel and economical yet requires the same care that any iron cookware may need to prevent rust. The bottom of the pan is dimpled for better heat conduction. These pans can be used on stove tops, grills and in the oven.
Care instruction for paella pans.When first used the pan will darken and change color, but do not be alarmed it's only natural the pan is now considered seasoned. After use, clean pan, wipe completely dry and then coat entire pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
